Community Connection Program

When it's time to roll out the red carpet, to really impress that senior level or executive candidate, then employers are encouraged to leverage Rock County's Community Connection program (CCP). The CCP is a tailored, concierge service designed to introduce a candidate and/or their family to the community through a comprehensive and focused offering. Customized tours and access to pre-qualified subject matter experts – such as housing, education, recreation and more – provides that extra value-added wow factor to seal that important leadership position. .

To access the CCP, employers must have a JobsInRockCounty account and they also are required to be actively engaged with Rock County's community, economic and workforce development efforts. To initiate the CCP, employers must complete an Intake Form.
